Machine Embroidery Designs
Machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment. It is also used in the fashion industry to decorate garments and apparel. Machine embroidery is used by hobbyists and crafters to decorate gifts, clothing, and home decor. Examples include designs on quilts, pillows, and wall hangings.
There are multiple types of machine embroidery. Free-motion sewing machine embroidery uses a basic zigzag sewing machine. Designs are done manually. Most commercial embroidery is done with link stitch embroidery. In link stitch embroidery, patterns may be manually or automatically controlled. Link Stitch embroidery is also known as chenille embroidery, and was patented by Pulse Microsystems in 1994. More modern computerized machine embroidery uses an embroidery machine or sewing/embroidery machine that is controlled with a computer that embroiders stored patterns. These machines may have multiple heads and threads.
Digital embroidery design is a file, design, font, or pattern. The files are created especially for sewing, stitching, and quilting using fabric on an embroidery machine in a digitized format. Over the years, such designs have been put into digitized formats to be used by software for machine embroidery.

Cat Ornament
The domestic cat (Felis catus) is the pet form of the dun cat. It is one of the most popular pets. In pedigree cat breeding often only those animals are called domestic cat, which do not belong to any recognized cat breed. The dun cat is the wild ancestral form (wild form) of the domestic cat (Felis catus). As a pet or domestic animal, the domestic cat is found worldwide in almost all areas populated by humans. It can live as a wild or feral animal but only in climatically warm or temperate zones independent of subsidiary human influences. It is considered a cultural successor. Even in the biogeographically long isolated habitats of Australia and New Zealand, to which it was introduced by humans, it was able to adapt relatively quickly, but there, together with a variety of other neozoa, it influences the existing unique ecosystems. It is currently estimated (2012-2014) that there are 8.4 million domestic cats in Germany, 27.4 million throughout Central and Western Europe, and more than one billion worldwide (including feral and semi-feral populations). Cats are the better people ;)Product Number: N11055Product Name: Abstract-Animals-Cat-00001030This design comes with the following sizes:Size: 4.14"(w) X 5.91"(h) (105.2mm X 150.2mm) Size: 4.17"(w) X 5.94"(h) (105.8mm X 151.0mm) Size: 4.20"(w) X 5.98"(h) (106.6mm X 151.8mm) Size: 4.22"(w) X 6.03"(h) (107.2mm X 153.2mm) Size: 4.25"(w) X 6.06"(h) (108.0mm X 154.0mm) Size: 4.28"(w) X 6.09"(h) (108.6mm X 154.8mm) Size: 4.36"(w) X 6.23"(h) (110.8mm X 158.2mm) Size: 4.44"(w) X 6.34"(h) (112.8mm X 161.0mm) Size: 4.47"(w) X 6.38"(h) (113.6mm X 162.0mm) Size: 4.55"(w) X 6.50"(h) (115.6mm X 165.2mm) Size: 4.58"(w) X 6.54"(h) (116.4mm X 166.0mm) Size: 4.64"(w) X 6.61"(h) (117.8mm X 168.0mm) Size: 4.75"(w) X 6.78"(h) (120.6mm X 172.2mm) Size: 4.80"(w) X 6.84"(h) (122.0mm X 173.8mm) Size: 4.86"(w) X 6.94"(h) (123.4mm X 176.2mm) Size: 4.88"(w) X 6.97"(h) (124.0mm X 177.0mm) Size: 4.94"(w) X 7.05"(h) (125.4mm X 179.0mm) Size: 4.99"(w) X 7.10"(h) (126.8mm X 180.4mm) Size: 5.05"(w) X 7.21"(h) (128.2mm X 183.2mm) Size: 5.13"(w) X 7.33"(h) (130.4mm X 186.2mm) Size: 5.19"(w) X 7.38"(h) (131.8mm X 187.4mm) Size: 5.21"(w) X 7.44"(h) (132.4mm X 189.0mm) Size: 5.38"(w) X 7.65"(h) (136.6mm X 194.4mm) Size: 5.49"(w) X 7.82"(h) (139.4mm X 198.6mm) Size: 5.51"(w) X 7.88"(h) (140.0mm X 200.2mm) Size: 5.87"(w) X 8.39"(h) (149.2mm X 213.0mm) Size: 6.01"(w) X 8.59"(h) (152.6mm X 218.2mm) Size: 6.06"(w) X 8.67"(h) (154.0mm X 220.2mm) Size: 6.26"(w) X 8.94"(h) (159.0mm X 227.2mm) Size: 6.48"(w) X 9.24"(h) (164.6mm X 234.8mm) Size: 6.50"(w) X 9.30"(h) (165.2mm X 236.2mm) Size: 6.56"(w) X 9.35"(h) (166.6mm X 237.4mm) Size: 7.13"(w) X 10.18"(h) (181.2mm X 258.6mm) Size: 7.30"(w) X 10.42"(h) (185.4mm X 264.6mm) Size: 8.20"(w) X 11.73"(h) (208.4mm X 298.0mm) Size: 10.38"(w) X 14.84"(h) (263.6mm X 377.0mm)The following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .PEC .U01You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Butterfly Silhouette
The butterfly, the butterflies (Lepidoptera) form the most species-rich insect order after the beetles (Coleoptera) with nearly 160,000 described species (as of 2011), about 130 families and 46 superfamilies. About 700 species are newly discovered every year. Butterflies are distributed on all continents except Antarctica. In Central Europe they are represented by about 4,000 species; for the whole of Europe the catalog of Ole Karsholt lists more than 10,600 species. In Germany there are about 3,700 species.Butterflies go through a cycle of unusual shape changes during their life: flightless "caterpillars" develop from eggs, move around by changing shape, and grow considerably while feeding intensively. In the process, they usually change their skin several times for a larger one ("molting"). At the end of the caterpillar stage, with the formation of a firmer shell, they pass into a state that outwardly appears to be dormant, the so-called "pupa". In the pupae, they undergo significant changes: they develop wings and transform into the flight-capable form called the "moth", also known as the imago. The moths ingest liquid food through proboscises and one female and one male mate with fertilization of the female's eggs. The females then lay the fertilized eggs, which hatch into caterpillars. This development is called the metamorphosis.The caterpillar is the actual feeding stage of the butterfly. In some (e.g., peacock moth (Saturniidae), hen moth (Lasiocampidae)), it is even the only one in which food is ingested at all. The moths of these species then live only for reproduction and die soon after hatching. Since the body volume of the caterpillars increases greatly, they have to molt several times until they reach their final size. Typically, they molt four to five times, roughly doubling their volume each time. For the hormonally controlled molt, the caterpillar swells until the old skin bursts and can be pushed backwards by muscle movements.Product Number: N10898Product Name: butterfly-VIIThis design comes with the following sizes:Size: 2.43"(w) X 2.06"(h) (61.8mm X 52.2mm) Size: 2.47"(w) X 2.09"(h) (62.8mm X 53.0mm) Size: 2.55"(w) X 2.15"(h) (64.8mm X 54.6mm) Size: 2.63"(w) X 2.22"(h) (66.8mm X 56.4mm) Size: 2.71"(w) X 2.28"(h) (68.8mm X 58.0mm) Size: 2.79"(w) X 2.35"(h) (70.8mm X 59.8mm) Size: 2.91"(w) X 2.45"(h) (73.8mm X 62.2mm) Size: 2.98"(w) X 2.52"(h) (75.8mm X 64.0mm) Size: 3.85"(w) X 3.25"(h) (97.8mm X 82.6mm) Size: 4.13"(w) X 3.48"(h) (104.8mm X 88.4mm) Size: 4.28"(w) X 3.61"(h) (108.8mm X 91.8mm) Size: 4.36"(w) X 3.69"(h) (110.8mm X 93.6mm) Size: 4.40"(w) X 3.72"(h) (111.8mm X 94.4mm) Size: 4.44"(w) X 3.75"(h) (112.8mm X 95.2mm) Size: 4.48"(w) X 3.78"(h) (113.8mm X 96.0mm) Size: 4.83"(w) X 4.08"(h) (122.8mm X 103.6mm) Size: 4.87"(w) X 4.12"(h) (123.8mm X 104.6mm) Size: 5.35"(w) X 4.51"(h) (135.8mm X 114.6mm) Size: 5.46"(w) X 4.61"(h) (138.8mm X 117.2mm) Size: 5.50"(w) X 4.65"(h) (139.8mm X 118.0mm) Size: 5.54"(w) X 4.68"(h) (140.8mm X 118.8mm) Size: 5.58"(w) X 4.72"(h) (141.8mm X 119.8mm) Size: 5.78"(w) X 4.88"(h) (146.8mm X 124.0mm) Size: 5.90"(w) X 4.98"(h) (149.8mm X 126.4mm) Size: 6.06"(w) X 5.11"(h) (153.8mm X 129.8mm) Size: 6.17"(w) X 5.21"(h) (156.8mm X 132.4mm) Size: 6.37"(w) X 5.38"(h) (161.8mm X 136.6mm) Size: 6.41"(w) X 5.41"(h) (162.8mm X 137.4mm) Size: 6.57"(w) X 5.54"(h) (166.8mm X 140.8mm) Size: 6.65"(w) X 5.61"(h) (168.8mm X 142.6mm) Size: 6.72"(w) X 5.68"(h) (170.8mm X 144.2mm) Size: 7.00"(w) X 5.91"(h) (177.8mm X 150.2mm) Size: 7.28"(w) X 6.14"(h) (184.8mm X 156.0mm) Size: 7.47"(w) X 6.31"(h) (189.8mm X 160.2mm) Size: 7.67"(w) X 6.47"(h) (194.8mm X 164.4mm) Size: 7.71"(w) X 6.51"(h) (195.8mm X 165.4mm) Size: 7.87"(w) X 6.64"(h) (199.8mm X 168.6mm) Size: 7.98"(w) X 6.74"(h) (202.8mm X 171.2mm) Size: 8.30"(w) X 7.01"(h) (210.8mm X 178.0mm) Size: 8.34"(w) X 7.04"(h) (211.8mm X 178.8mm) Size: 8.46"(w) X 7.14"(h) (214.8mm X 181.4mm) Size: 8.93"(w) X 7.54"(h) (226.8mm X 191.4mm) Size: 9.20"(w) X 7.77"(h) (233.8mm X 197.4mm) Size: 9.52"(w) X 8.04"(h) (241.8mm X 204.2mm) Size: 9.60"(w) X 8.10"(h) (243.8mm X 205.8mm) Size: 10.43"(w) X 8.80"(h) (264.8mm X 223.6mm) Size: 10.86"(w) X 9.17"(h) (275.8mm X 232.8mm) Size: 11.49"(w) X 9.70"(h) (291.8mm X 246.4mm) Size: 12.16"(w) X 10.27"(h) (308.8mm X 260.8mm) Size: 13.77"(w) X 11.63"(h) (349.8mm X 295.4mm) Size: 14.17"(w) X 11.96"(h) (359.8mm X 303.8mm) The following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .PEC .U01You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Takala Wide Letters Sans Serif Font
A sans serif (DIN 16518) or grotesque (French for "without serif", "sans serif") is a font family derived from antiqua, which is characterized by the fact that it has no serifs. In addition, in grotesque fonts, the stroke width of the letters is (almost) uniform, so stroke contrast is absent or very slight. The absence of serifs distinguishes grotesque fonts from serifed linear antiqua. The term grotesque is very common among experts. It refers to the fact that the first typefaces of this type were considered grotesque, i.e. a strange but quite charming distortion, because the non-variation of stroke width and the omission of serifs contradicted all reading habits of the time. Grotesque fonts feature simply shaped glyphs that can be easily displayed on screens, among other things. They are therefore standard on computer systems today. Since the widespread use of grotesque fonts, the term Grotesk seems strange, which is why the terms sans serif or Sans Serif are commonly used in the desktop publishing industry.Like Egyptienne, Grotesk originated in England in the early 19th century in response to the increased need for eye-catching advertising typefaces. In 1803, Robert Thorne showed a sans serif for the first time. The first Grotesk was published in 1816 by William Caslon IV, the great-grandson of the type founder William Caslon. At first glance, grotesque fonts have a uniform stroke width. However, this only appears to be the case, because in reality the weights almost always differ in order to create a visually uniform image. Font is a set of characters designed in a specific typeface and realized according to the respective technical conditions. It is used for text creation and processing, typesetting and printing, and forms the basis of typography. A typesetting font consists of individual characters, the glyphs: usually lowercase letters, uppercase letters, umlauts, accented characters, numerals, ligatures, punctuation marks, special characters and small caps. These are assembled manually, by machine or electronically to form words, lines and more complex orders. The scope of such a character set depends on the technology and the intended application radius of a typesetting font. The functional efficiency of the characters of a typesetting script requires, in the case of Western European alphabetic scripts, that they are arranged horizontally, in neighborhood with other characters of the inventory, according to a uniform rhythmic and stylistic principle. Only then can they be combined into a coherent, graphically balanced typeface. The form of typefaces in general, and that of typesetting in particular, is characterized by two different modes of access: Reading and seeing (in the sense of looking). These are due to the "double character of writing." Writing is both abstract (semantic level) and sensuously concrete (semiotic level). In routine reading, attention is focused on the abstract side of writing. Records in alphabetical writing are not deciphered letter by letter, but word and line outlines are grasped holistically by means of eye jumps (saccades). In the process, details of the form of the written image escape attention, recede into the background, and are not registered or are invisible.Product Number: F00554Product Name: TakalaThis design comes with the following sizes:from 0.5" to 8" in steps of 0.125"775 Characters 61 Sizes 8 FormatsThe following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .PEC .U01You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Stories Serif Letters Embroidery Font
In microtypography, a serif is a short, thin line on the lines of letters and characters, which in antiqua typefaces terminates a letter stroke at the end, at right angles to its basic direction as a horizontal stroke (stroke, foot). The serif typeface is primarily used for the main text of books and magazines, since in printed form this typeface is in many cases less tiring and easier to read than sans serif typefaces. A well-known serif font (also called a serif font) is Times; a well-known sans-serif font is Helvetica. The Duden and the Oxford English Dictionary cite the Dutch schreef "stroke, line" as the presumed word origin, although the word used in German is additionally assumed to be borrowed from the corresponding English word. Depending on where and how the serif ends the stroke of a glyph, a distinction is made between end serifs, roof serifs, head serifs, cross serifs, and stance serifs. Serifs can be one-sided or double-sided. One-sided serifs are also called half serifs. For example, the lowercase letter k has a single-sided badger serif at the top left, a double-sided closing serif at the top right, a double-sided standing serif at the bottom left, and either a single-sided or double-sided standing serif at the bottom right. In microtypography, serifs are referred to in more detail by a variety of other terms, depending on their exact form.Font is a set of characters designed in a specific typeface and realized according to the respective technical conditions. These are assembled manually, by machine or electronically to form words, lines and more complex orders.Product Number: F00090Product Name: StoriesThis design comes with the following sizes:from 0.5" to 8" in steps of 0.125"227 Characters 61 Sizes 8 FormatsThe following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .PEC .U01You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Turtle Ornament
An ornament is a decorative element used to embellish parts of a building or object. They are usually repetitive, often abstract or abstracted patterns or decorative elements with a symbolic function. Ornaments can be carved from various materials such as stone, wood or precious metals, moulded from plaster or clay or applied to a surface. The turtles (Testudinata, or Testudines, if the crown group is meant; formerly also Chelonia from Old Greek "turtle") are an order of the Sauropsida and first appeared more than 220 million years ago in the Carnian (Upper Triassic). In classical systematics, they are included in the creepy-crawlies and reptiles, respectively; these designations represent a taxon that is paraphyletic in its traditional range and therefore are now only informal collective terms. There are 341 species with over 200 subspecies. The turtles have adapted to a wide variety of biotopes and ecological niches. They range from Mediterranean land turtle species, gopher or desert tortoises and the particularly numerous, smaller aquatic turtle species in North America and Southeast Asia, to large river turtles in South America, giant tortoises on some island groups, soft-shelled turtles in Asia and snake-necked turtles in Australia, to the largest, the leatherback turtles, which form a separate family alongside the sea turtles. Turtles are cold-blooded, egg-laying reptiles. phylogenetically, they are close to basal diapsids such as Odontochelys semitestacea and Sinosaurosphargis yunguiensis. The adaptability of turtles has ensured their persistence into modern times. Due to human influences, however, many species are acutely endangered.Product Number: N11062Product Name: Abstract-Animals-Aqua-Live-Turtle-00001002This design comes with the following sizes:Size: 7.00"(w) X 6.19"(h) (177.8mm X 157.2mm) Size: 7.28"(w) X 6.43"(h) (184.8mm X 163.4mm) Size: 7.35"(w) X 6.50"(h) (186.8mm X 165.2mm) Size: 7.71"(w) X 6.82"(h) (195.8mm X 173.2mm) Size: 7.87"(w) X 6.95"(h) (199.8mm X 176.6mm) Size: 7.91"(w) X 6.99"(h) (200.8mm X 177.6mm) Size: 8.42"(w) X 7.44"(h) (213.8mm X 189.0mm) Size: 8.81"(w) X 7.80"(h) (223.8mm X 198.0mm) Size: 8.85"(w) X 7.83"(h) (224.8mm X 198.8mm) Size: 9.68"(w) X 8.56"(h) (245.8mm X 217.4mm) Size: 9.95"(w) X 8.80"(h) (252.8mm X 223.6mm) Size: 10.03"(w) X 8.87"(h) (254.8mm X 225.4mm) Size: 10.66"(w) X 9.43"(h) (270.8mm X 239.6mm) Size: 10.94"(w) X 9.68"(h) (277.8mm X 245.8mm) Size: 11.21"(w) X 9.92"(h) (284.8mm X 252.0mm) Size: 11.76"(w) X 10.41"(h) (298.8mm X 264.4mm) Size: 11.92"(w) X 10.54"(h) (302.8mm X 267.8mm) Size: 12.59"(w) X 11.13"(h) (319.8mm X 282.8mm) Size: 12.98"(w) X 11.49"(h) (329.8mm X 291.8mm) Size: 14.17"(w) X 12.53"(h) (359.8mm X 318.2mm) The following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .PEC .U01You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Soccer Ball Player
Soccer is a ball sport in which two teams compete against each other with the goal of scoring more goals than their opponents to win the game. The game is usually played for two 45-minute periods, plus overtime and, if necessary, extra time and/or penalties. A team usually consists of eleven players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. The ball may be played with the whole body except the arms and hands; it is mainly kicked with the foot. Only the goalkeeper (inside his own penalty area) - or the field players when taking a throw-in - may touch the ball with their hands. The success of soccer is based, firstly, on its simplicity. The cost of resources and equipment is relatively low (see, for example, street soccer), which has made it very popular in many developing countries, and it is easy for newcomers and spectators to understand or even take for granted. Secondly, the number of goals is relatively low, which increases the value of a goal and makes the games more exciting, since superior or better-placed teams do not win as often or can be determined as winners early on as in other ball sports. However, these special features have been counteracted in recent times by more complicated regulations (including changes to the offside rule) and ever greater (technical) expense in top-level soccer (including video evidence), which are intended to lead to "fairer" soccer.Soccer originated in Great Britain in the second half of the 19th century and spread to continental Europe and other continents from the 1880s and 1890s. It is considered the world's most popular team sport. Unlike other sports (such as handball), top clubs in soccer usually developed only in large cities, which can boast the very elaborate infrastructure with recently increasing demands.Product Number: N03793Product Name: Soccer This design comes with the following sizes:Size: 3.91"(w) X 3.46"(h) (99.2 X 87.8mm) Size: 4.73"(w) X 4.19"(h) (120.2 X 106.3mm) Size: 5.52"(w) X 4.88"(h) (140.2 X 124.0mm) Size: 6.70"(w) X 5.92"(h) (170.3 X 150.4mm) Size: 7.85"(w) X 6.93"(h) (199.3 X 176.0mm)The following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .VIP .HUSYou MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. Crab
The crabs (Brachyura) - also true crabs or short-tailed crabs - are the largest infraorder of the order Decapoda, with about 6,800 species. Most crab species live in the sea, but some also live in fresh water (freshwater crab) or on land. Crabs have an abdomen (pleon) that has been transformed into a short caudal plate, which lies folded down under the cephalothorax - the space in between serves as a brood chamber in females. The male mating organs (gonopods) of the crabs are derived from double-branched split feet, whereby the latter are still found as pleopods in the females (these are used in brood care and can carry hundreds of thousands of eggs). In the males, pleopods have regressed or disappeared altogether. Only the first two pairs of pleopods are regularly preserved as gonopods: The first pair is tubular, the second mostly filiform and situated in the tube of the first, probably following a piston-pump principle. The first pair of legs of the trunk is transformed into large scissors, the eyes sit on stalks. Crabs can walk remarkably fast sideways ("crab walk").Some crab species are considered delicacies, especially edible crabs, deep-sea crabs and Japanese giant crabs. Various other crab species also have a crab-like physique and are accordingly called so, especially the stone and king crab family. Thus, contrary to zoological custom, shrimps are also called "crabs". In cooking language, crabs usually mean shrimps - especially North Sea shrimps (North Sea crab). Dressage Horse Riding
Dressage is a form of horse riding performed in exhibitions and competitions. It is an equestrian sport defined by the International Equestrian Federation in which the horse and rider are expected to perform a series of predetermined movements from memory. Dressage tests are the formalised sequence of a series of dressage movements used in competition. Although horses and riders compete against each other, the tests are performed by a horse and rider combination and horses and riders are judged against a common standard rather than their performance compared to other competitors. The aim of dressage riding is to strengthen and loosen the horse while maintaining a connection with the rider. An English saddle is required for dressage, specifically a "dressage saddle" modelled exclusively for the discipline.Product Number: N03684Product Name: DressageThis design comes with the following sizes:Size: 3.85"(w) X 3.94"(h) (97.9 X 100.1mm) Size: 4.63"(w) X 4.72"(h) (117.6 X 120.0mm) Size: 5.40"(w) X 5.51"(h) (137.1 X 140.0mm) Size: 6.56"(w) X 6.70"(h) (166.5 X 170.1mm) Size: 7.67"(w) X 7.83"(h) (194.9 X 199.0mm)The following formats are included in the file you will receive: .DST .EXP .JEF .PES .VP3 .XXX .VIP .HUSYou MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file.
