Opening hours:
Please look at our opening hours when we work and when we answer. The opening hours are limited to 8 hours, but that doesn't mean that we stop working then. Besides the support during the hours we have to do other things. So we can not be available all the time in support. You will receive an answer as soon as possible when you contact us. However, an answer can take up to five days, because it is not foreseeable for us how many requests will come and we cannot provide an infinite number of people for support. (This would be reflected in the price of the products.) Also keep in mind that most people probably live in a different time zone and for that reason alone there will be delays. Also, the requirement to get a direct response is not feasible. A 24 hour support 365 days a year is not something anyone can do. It is immoral to think and demand this. We are all just workers and not slaves to ourselves. There is a life beside work and this is much more important than work. We think that you also do not work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are available every minute. Concede that to us as well.

Products:
Demands on the product you have bought cannot be met. We sell the products as they are offered in our store. We do not make any changes to them, because the effort is much too high and the costs would have to be charged otherwise. Also wishes for other sizes are subject to this effort. Also the structure of the supplied product we will not change, that everyone has another desire of the structure of the data, this can be made fair to no person. Our data will remain as structured as they are. Once there is a standard for it, then we will apply this standard.

Support:
Of course we are happy to provide support for our products. But keep in mind, if you have problems with your machine or with your used software, that the manufacturer of this machine or software is responsible for the problems of the machine or software and not us. We will then try to give you tips and also ask questions, which you please answer, so that we can reproduce this as far as we can. Please also keep in mind that we can not have all machine types and software versions, this is simply impossible. Please also have a look at our How-To's, if we can solve a problem we will document it there for all users. So it is worth to have a look there.

Personal:
Interaction with each other. Friendliness is a virtue. If you don't keep to it, you will be treated accordingly. (It resounds so from the forest as it is called in). We are all human beings and we should behave like clever and sociable people.

Example:
You buy a loaf of bread at the bakery and transport it home in your vehicle. On the way they break down. Do you now call the baker because you bought the bread there and demand a solution for your vehicle problem? The same applies to an embroidery file, it is like the bread and the car is the embroidery machine or the software that you use.
