This can happen. We deliver the PES format in version 1. Apparently the newer machines don't understand it properly. You can use a program like Wilkom TrueSizer, read in the embroidery file and save it in a different format under Save as. Select the format PES and under Options the version your machine understands, usually version 5 is sufficient. Alternatively, you can also read in DST on your machine.
